What are 'soft goals'?

When a manager like Phil Parkinson describes goals as 'soft', it means they believe the goals conceded were easily avoidable due to defensive errors, lack of concentration, or poor organisation. It suggests the opposition didn't have to work particularly hard to score, which is frustrating for any team and manager.
