What about human doctors?

Unlike vets, human doctors in the UK primarily work within the NHS, where most services, including prescriptions, are free at the point of use. There are charges for prescriptions in England, but many groups are exempt. This differs from the private vet sector, where the government is proposing a £21 cap on pet prescription costs.
