How hot is too hot to work?
Currently, there's no legal maximum working temperature in the UK, only a minimum of 16°C (or 13°C for strenuous work). Employers must ensure a 'reasonable' temperature and take steps to protect staff from heat stress, like providing water or ventilation. Unions are campaigning for a legal upper limit.
