How does MLB work?

Major League Baseball (MLB) is the highest level of professional baseball in the United States and Canada. It's made up of 30 teams, split into two leagues: the National League and the American League. Teams like the St Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs compete through a long regular season, hoping to qualify for the play-offs and ultimately the World Series.
