How do MPs vote?

MPs vote on new laws, budgets, and other government proposals in the House of Commons. They usually vote by walking through 'lobbies' – corridors on either side of the chamber – to register their 'Aye' or 'No'. This is how they'd approve a new Prime Minister like Andy Burnham.
