Could we really do this?

While the Penrose process is theoretically sound, actually achieving it is incredibly challenging. It would require advanced technology to pilot a vessel so close to a rotating black hole and precisely release and retrieve a payload. It's a fascinating concept, but firmly in the realm of science fiction for now.
