What is 'frame dragging'?

Frame dragging is a mind-bending effect predicted by Einstein's theory of relativity. A massive, spinning object like a black hole twists and drags the spacetime around it. This creates a swirling 'ergosphere' where even light can't stay still. The Penrose concept uses this swirl to boost energy.
