Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will meet with British PM Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in London on Monday following difficult US-Ukraine peace negotiations in Miami. UK officials describe this as a pivotal moment for Ukraine's future security guarantees. The meeting follows Trump's criticism that Zelenskyy has not read the latest peace proposal, with territorial issues and security guarantees remaining key sticking points in any potential settlement.
