Zelensky tells UN Putin spreads war, creating global peril for all
Volodymyr Zelensky told the United Nations General Assembly that Vladimir Putin is like “patient zero”, spreading conflict globally. He warned that the more freedom Putin has, the more perilous the global situation becomes for all, specifically citing North Korea's support for Russia.
