Yulia Svyrydenko Quits as Ukraine's Prime Minister

Ukraine could soon have a new government. Yulia Svyrydenko handed in her resignation to parliament on Monday, and speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk said lawmakers will review it under the usual process. A fresh government process could begin as early as Tuesday, according to the report, following her submission to the chamber.
