A Canadian has received a positive hantavirus test result, prompting concern for other passengers from a recent luxury ship. The Yukon individual showed mild symptoms and was checked at a Victoria, BC, hospital after leaving the MV Hondius, which sailed from Argentina on 1 April. This person is among four Canadians isolating on Vancouver Island, having avoided public contact.
