xAI sues user for allegedly creating child abuse material with Grok
Elon Musk's xAI, an artificial intelligence startup, has sued a South Carolina man, Terry Harwood, for allegedly misusing its AI system Grok. The lawsuit, submitted on Tuesday in Texas, alleges Harwood breached the company's terms of service by attempting to create child sexual abuse material. xAI's lawsuit is one of the first cases where an AI company has sued a user over such allegations.
