Xabi Alonso takes charge at Chelsea to rebuild young squad

Xabi Alonso took the Chelsea job after leaving Real Madrid in May, using his time off to reset his energy. The 44-year-old manager wants to fix a lack of dressing-room culture by bringing in older heads like Jordan Henderson. He has already signed forward Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa for £117m as part of his rebuild.
