Williams F1 saves 863 meeting hours with AI trial.
A trial involving 200 staff scrapped 863 hours of unnecessary meetings in just one month. The British racing outfit gave the Atlassian software to all 1,200 employees to find efficiencies, since sport rules cap how much money teams can spend. Engineering director Matt Harman says the technology won't replace staff, but frees up vital capacity for a squad currently sitting ninth in the 2026 championship.
