Wildfire injures 36 people in Croatian tourist town Omis

On Friday, strong winds propelled a wildfire towards Omis, a picturesque town situated on Croatia's Dalmatian coast. The flames enveloped settlements and over 1000 hectares of trees, turning the night sky red. Hundreds of people had to evacuate as homes were threatened by the fire.
