American and Ukrainian teams are putting together an air ceasefire plan to offer Russian officials. The Ukrainian leader already spoke with US envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff on Wednesday about restarting negotiations to end the war. Alongside these political meetings, Zelenskiy will attend a Washington memorial service for Lindsey Graham, the late Republican senator who visited Ukraine ten times.
