Alexander Volkanovski kept his UFC featherweight title at UFC 333 in Abu Dhabi, beating Movsar Evloev by unanimous decision with all three judges scoring 49-46. In the co-main event, bantamweight champion Petr Yan defeated Merab Dvalishvili for a second straight time, winning their trilogy bout 48-47 on every card after five relentless rounds in which Dvalishvili set a record for takedown attempts but still lost.
