Vistry profits will be significantly lower
Increased uncertainty from the US-Israeli war on Iran is making buyers cautious, forcing housebuilders to cut prices. UK housebuilder Vistry announced on Wednesday that its first-half profits would be significantly lower due to these market conditions. The company's shares plunged 10.5% in early trading, reaching their lowest level in nearly 15 years.
