Vacant London office block to become 532 co-living homes

Developer Re:shape wants to demolish St George's House East in Wimbledon and build a 13-storey tower. The project replaces an unbuilt office scheme approved three years ago that never went ahead. Alongside the shared living studios, the site will also include 36 social rented family homes and new workspace.
