US team building a Ukraine peace package after talks with Putin and Kyiv
Jared Kushner, the US president's son-in-law, led the negotiating team alongside envoy Steve Witkoff. The pair recently met with Vladimir Putin in Moscow and held separate discussions in Kyiv to find a diplomatic end to the conflict. Following those visits, Kushner said he wants to establish a three-way setup involving America, Russia and Ukraine for future meetings.
