US Rubio offers India fuel amid energy crisis

India's 1.4 billion people face an energy crisis because overseas fuel shipments have virtually halted. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in India on Saturday for a four-day visit to sell energy. He stated the US has historic production levels and wants to sell India as much as they'll buy.
