US investigates Tesla crash after woman dies
A 76-year-old woman died after a Tesla, reportedly on autopilot, crashed into her Texas home. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, America's auto safety regulator, opened a formal inquiry on Monday into the Friday incident. The driver told police the car's automated driving system was active, and he showed no signs of intoxication.
