US buyers can sue British American Tobacco over natural cigarette health claims

Consumers in 12 American states are suing the company for using words like "organic" and "natural" on its Natural American Spirit brand. An appeals court ruled on Wednesday that buyers can sue together over claims they overpaid because the packaging wrongly suggested the product was healthier. A separate claim by customers in eight states over menthol additives will also go ahead.
