US approves nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia, raising proliferation fears

The US has approved a civilian nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia, allowing American companies to build a nuclear power program there. The agreement could let Saudi Arabia enrich its own uranium, which experts warn might increase the risk of nuclear weapons spreading.
