US and Nigerian forces eliminate ISIS's second-in-command

People in Africa and Americans will no longer face terror from Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, greatly diminishing ISIS's global operations. President Donald Trump announced US and Nigerian forces flawlessly executed a complex mission to eliminate him on Friday. Al-Minuki, a Nigerian national, was the Islamic State's "second in command" globally and faced US sanctions since 2023.
