Ukraine's ex-defence minister plans new tech fund for war

Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine's former defence minister, is looking for Western money to create a new technology fund. The fund aims to help Ukraine build and manage advanced tech for its war against Russia. Fedorov believes the initiative will write a "new history" in the conflict.
