British Prime Minister Keir Starmer will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz at Downing Street on Monday to discuss the ongoing Ukraine war. The leaders will address US-Ukrainian talks aimed at securing post-war security guarantees and review America's peace proposal. Meanwhile, US and Ukrainian officials are conducting multi-day negotiations in Florida as the Trump administration pushes for Ukrainian acceptance of an American-backed peace framework, despite Russian President Putin's rejection of key elements of the proposed agreement.
