Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a landmark agreement with French President Emmanuel Macron for Ukraine to purchase up to 100 Rafale F4 fighter jets by 2035, alongside SAMP/T air defense systems, drones, and advanced radar equipment. The 10-year strategic deal, valued at potentially over $10 billion, represents a significant boost to Ukraine's air capabilities as it faces continued Russian attacks. The agreement includes joint production programs for interceptor drones beginning this year, with financing potentially drawn from EU funds and frozen Russian assets.
