Ukraine tests four drone interceptors as Russia steps up attacks

Ukraine has tested four different interceptors to combat Russia's jet-powered Shahed drones, which are now being used in increasing numbers. Defence Minister Yevhen Khmara said on 29 August that Russia is scaling up production of the faster drones. Russia launched 2,500 jet-powered drones in August, up from 1,500 in July, according to President Zelensky's adviser.
