Ukraine official concerned by UK oil import changes
Temporary exemptions for certain imports might still provide extra money for Russia's war efforts. The UK government watered down plans on Wednesday to ban diesel and jet fuel made from Russian oil entering via third countries. Ukraine's sanctions commissioner, Vladyslav Vlasiuk, understood the UK's rationale for the decision but disagreed with the approach.
