Ukraine forces strike 23 Russian oil targets.

Oil storage sites and a tanker were among locations reported damaged after overnight attacks in two Russian port cities. Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces carried out the operation, with commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi saying military sites were struck during the night. He said 23 targets were hit, including a shadow fleet tanker, the Kurganneft Produkt fuel site in Taganrog and a marine terminal in Feodosia.
