UK inflation expected to reach 3.3% for March

UK cost of living is set to rise further as economists forecast CPI inflation reaching 3.3% for March, up from 3% in February. The increase is driven mainly by soaring fuel costs linked to the US-Israel war on Iran, with petrol prices rising around 6.5% and diesel more than 12% during the month.
