UK House Prices Go Up in June Again

Homebuyers may see improving conditions as borrowing costs become lower, although affordability remains difficult. Lloyds said average UK property values increased by 0.2% in June after a 0.2% fall in May, marking the first monthly rise since February. Northern Ireland recorded the strongest yearly growth at 7.4%, while the average home price reached £299,330.
