UK gives Ukraine €300m for Swedish fighter jets, boosting 5,000 British jobs

Britain is providing €300 million to Ukraine for its purchase of 16 new Swedish Gripen E fighter jets. The funding will help modernise Ukraine's air force and support about 5,000 jobs at over 50 British companies involved in making over 30% of the aircraft components.
