UK defence plan delays hurt credibility, cost more
Delays in the UK's defence spending plan are making the country look bad to allies and will make new equipment more expensive. A parliamentary committee says the Defence Investment Plan, due last autumn, is now expected before a Nato summit next month. The committee also said the nation has gone years without a credible military capability plan.
