UK Cancer Deaths Down 11% Over Past Decade

Many more people are living longer, able to make memories thanks to fewer cancer deaths. Cancer Research UK announced 247 deaths occur per 100,000 people annually, a 29% drop since the 1989 peak. Drops include 34% for stomach cancer and 19% for ovarian cancer, with cervical cancer falling 75% since the 1970s.
