UEFA meets today over Fifa's controversial World Cup sale plan

European football's governing body, Uefa, is holding an emergency meeting today with its 55 member associations to discuss Fifa's plan to sell stakes in the World Cup. Fifa wants to create a new commercial entity and offer up to 20% to outside investors.
