Uber reportedly seeks to buy German food delivery firm Delivery Hero

Uber is said to be in advanced discussions to acquire Delivery Hero, a German food delivery company, with a deal possibly finalised this week. Uber has built a significant stake in Delivery Hero, now holding about 36.8% of the company. A complete acquisition would give Uber command of one of Europe's most significant online food delivery platforms.
