Two Ships Only Cross Hormuz Strait After Trump Plan

Oil prices rose to $119 a barrel on Monday as limited shipping continued through the crucial Strait of Hormuz. On Friday, Donald Trump announced a $20bn reinsurance scheme to revive traffic, but Iran effectively shut the passage after US/Israeli attacks. Just two ships without Iranian or Russian connections have travelled the strait since the President's plan began.
