Owen Flowers, 18, and Thalha Jubair, 20, have been jailed for five years and six months each for a 2024 cyber attack on Transport for London. The attack cost TfL £29 million in damages and an additional £10 million in lost income. The pair, linked to the "Scattered Spider" group, livestreamed parts of their 16-hour intrusion and gained "highest privileged access" to TfL's network.
