TV license fee set to rise!

The UK Government has confirmed that the annual TV licence fee will increase from £174.50 to £180 from 1 April 2026, adding £5.50 to household costs. The rise, linked to inflation via the Consumer Price Index, aims to help sustain the BBC’s funding and its public service duties through the current charter period.
