Trump's $1.8bn 'weaponization' fund won't go ahead
Plans for a controversial $1.8 billion fund that was meant to pay Donald Trump's allies have now been scrapped. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announced this Tuesday during a House hearing, confirming the federal government won't create it. But a deal stopping the IRS from auditing Trump, his family, and related entities remains in place.
