Trump slams Starmer after Prime Minister's resignation
Donald Trump gave a parting shot at Sir Keir Starmer after the Prime Minister announced his resignation, saying he was "hurt very badly" by public discontent. Their relationship soured after Sir Keir refused to let US bombers use the Diego Garcia base for strikes against Iran in February. Trump criticised his decision not to join the war and also hit out at his policies on immigration, crime, and net zero.
