Trump says US will seize Iran's frozen assets to pay for ship damage

President Trump declared that Iranian assets held by America will cover damage to ships and cargo, calling the seizure "fair and equitable". Iran's foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, hit back, saying the move sets an "incendiary precedent" and will lead to chaos.
