President Trump accused Ukrainian leadership of showing zero gratitude for US peace efforts as German Chancellor Friedrich Merz expressed skepticism about meeting Trump's Thursday deadline for a Ukraine peace agreement. The 28-point US proposal requires Ukraine to cede territory and limit military forces, prompting European allies to demand additional revisions. Ukrainian and US officials met in Geneva for talks while Trump threatened to withdraw intelligence and weapons support if rejected.
