Tropical Storm Bertha brings life-threatening floods to US Gulf Coast

Heavy rain and a "life-threatening storm surge" are forecast for the US Gulf Coast as Tropical Storm Bertha approaches, with certain locations possibly receiving 8 inches of rain by Friday.
