Train fares: only 49% of commuters satisfied

It's a stark contrast to leisure travellers, with only 49% of daily commuters feeling their tickets are worth the money. The passenger watchdog Transport Focus found CrossCountry customers were the least happy, especially with how delays are handled. CrossCountry said the results were 'disappointing', while Hull Trains had the most satisfied passengers at 94%.
