Toronto skies turn yellow from over 100 Canadian wildfires
Smoke from more than 100 active wildfires in northern Ontario has made Toronto's air quality the worst in the world. Environment Canada issued health warnings on Wednesday as the city also experienced a heatwave, with downtown reaching 37.3C. Smoke is anticipated to reach extensive areas of the Midwest and Northeast US this week, subjecting millions to hazardous air pollution.
