US-based TikTok is facing fresh service disruptions after a second Oracle data-center outage in just over a month, causing delays and lag when users try to post content. The issue stems from a problem at Oracle’s Ashburn, Virginia infrastructure, confirmed by TikTok’s U.S. joint venture, TikTok USDS, which said engineers are working to resolve it.
