The £15 billion plan to upgrade 5 million homes and cut energy bills

Millions of households across the UK could see lower energy bills under the Government’s Warm Homes Plan. Launched in January, the scheme aims to improve energy efficiency in homes, particularly for lower-income families and people living in social housing. Ministers plan to upgrade up to five million homes, including 1.3 million social housing properties, with £15 billion set to be invested by the end of 2030.
